We are Indian security services a registered firm providing security services to all Leading Factors, Educational institutions, Commercial complexes, Hospitals, banks and corporate offices belonging to both state &Central Government Enterprises. We also have extended our services in Construction sites and Residential flats etc…. We are in this service for more than 10 years and are fulfilling the terms and conditions of our clients and serving to the satisfaction of our customers. Our company is headed by retired police /defence officers Who are well qualified and packed with proven experiences in all field .We have also Trained Field Officers ,Managers ,Investigation officer with the above team we are providing our best services with the only aim to satisfy our valuable customers.
SELECTION PROCESS
Our selection team consisting of senior Officers ,Investigation officers and verification Officers Who directly select the security personnel by verifying their original records such as Ration card ,Qualification certificate ,Experience certificate ,Voters id, Driving license etc.. The above certificates are with most care are scrutinized by our team for its genuine us and wherever necessary our investigation officer verify the address given in the application personally. We also insist for a police Verification certificate to satisfy our self that the selected candidates are clean and free from and doubt .After we satisfy with the Records the suitable are then appointed to whom our officers will give basic training refresh training, practical training in all field to mould them as good and smart security personnel we also teach them punctuality, discipline and good turnout in uniform.
After we post them in their respective location where they are to perform their duties our field officers will carry out periodical checks/night checking’s and give their to our senior officers who will monitor our security personal and keeping touch with our clients .weekly reports will be maintained in our record and any complaint/report received from our clients our officers will immediately attend and rectify the defects and the same will be reported to our clients.

SECURITY SURVEY AND REPORT
A security survey is just what is says - a SWOT analysis to assess potential risk presented by internal as well as extern al environment leading to a cost/ benefit analysis and where they call for money to be spent. The expenditure balanced against the potential loss, it action is not taken. On receipt of a confirmed enquiry, we carry out a security survey of the client’s premises to analysis and assess various security risk and related factors. The findings of the survey to gather with our detailed observations and proposals for an effective security system is then presented to the client in the form of a report for their consideration.
DAY AND NIGHT CHECKING
We have in our staff senior security Officers and Inspectors who regularly carry out security checks and inspection of our client’s units during the day and night. Such periodical checks of our clients’ units besides keeping our on-duty personnel alert. Often reveal new and unexpected security problems and help in providing appropriate solution for timely action, thus, continuously updating as well as perfecting the security system.
SELECTION AND TRAINING
Recruitment of security personnel is made by a panel of senior Police and Military officers ensuring selection of right type of personnel. The antecedent of the candidates is further checked and verified through Police authorities. Our Training Officer after assessing the security risk and the nature and type of various security duties and functions required to be performed at our clients' premises, organizes a relevant Training/Refresher Course in Security, fire prevention, fire-fighting, First-Aid. Civil Defense and other related subjects at the premises of our clients' units with particular reference to our clients' needs requirement and situation. The training is organized in the above unique manner mainly for two reasons: firstly. The training thus provided shall be comprehensive and particularly relevant to our clients' needs enabling improvement in the overall quality and alertness of the security and secondly. The above training facilities can be availed of by our clients, free of cost. To provide training on relevant disciplines to their workers/employees thus constantly updating them as well as improving the overall efficiency of our client's Organization.
